Registration And Privacy

Aware Labs, LLC. will not release any personaly identifiable information to anyone outside the site without the consent of the user. All accounts and audits must be established through the registration process. Audits are created solely by the creator of the account. All users are responsible for accurate information when filling out the registration forms. Users also understand that all data uploads to the server by the client(s) contain non-proprietary data and are encrypted. Each user of the service agrees that he or she is solely responsible for the PCs on which the client is installed. The client does not crawl or reproduce itself in any manner. Aware Labs, LLC. is not responsible for users who abuse privacy or attempt to use the reports for malicious purposes. All users and/or account in violation of any service agreement will be immediately terminated. Aware Labs is dedicated to providing the best IT audit services in the most secure and professional environment possible.

Passwords and Security

All users of an account are required to provide and use a name and password. The subscribing users are entirely responsible for confidentiality of all site passwords, content, and personal information associated with each site. Aware Labs, LLC. will make every effort to maintain a suitable level of security. All passwords provided through the registration process are permanently encrypted further ensuring user security. The site user agree to notify Aware Labs, LLC. immediatley of any known unauthorized access, or breach of security. Aware Labs, LLC. is not responsible for any failure to comply with the password and security terms by any user of any site.

Availability

As part of the registration process, you will select a login name and login password. Although we will make every effort to assign to you the name and password that select, we reserve the right to reject any of your choices if it has been previously assigned to another user or if Aware Labs, LLC., in its sole discretion, deems such password offensive. You also may not (1) select or use a name, password or prefix of another person with the intent to impersonate that person, or (2) use a name, password or prefix that has previously been assigned to another user or in which another person has rights without such person's authorization.
